Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders.

NORWAY : 2-5 working days with POSTNORD

EUROPE   : 3-5 working days with UPS Express

INTERNATIONAL : 3-5 working days with UPS Express

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receiving your order confirmation on working days . When your order is packed and ready to leave our storage you will receive an email from us with the tracking number for your parcel.

TAXES AND COSTUM DUTIES (International shipping) :

On all orders placed outside of Norway , costum duties and taxes may apply . As soon as the items arrive at the destination, sales tax on imports as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our logistics partner. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective items. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.


Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your new shoes , but if you for any reason would like to return them or if they don`t fit we have a 14 days return policy.
At, you always have a 14-day right to cancel the goods in your order, which starts from the day the package was delivered to the chosen delivery location. Remember that you (buyer) are responsible for safe returns. Therefore, pack the goods well and take care of the shipping receipt in case something should happen during shipping. All goods you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received them. The goods may not have been used or altered in any way. All original tags must be intact on the item. Footwear must be returned in its original box .

1.To return the item fill out the return form included in the parcel and contact  which will provide you with a complementary shipping label for returning your item.
2.You may reuse the same packaging box to return the item.  The money for the returned goods will be refunded to you as soon as your return has arrived at our storage. It can take up to 5-10 working days* (Monday-Friday) from when we refund the amount until you see it in your account. You will always be refunded in the same way as the payment method you used when you placed your order.* Note that at weekends, public holidays or other extraordinary days and occasions, there may be a slightly longer processing time for registration of your return as a result of extended delivery times with the shipping company. At you exchange goods by returning the desired item and placing a new order for the desired product in our online store. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return an item and have a different size sent automatically. When we receive the return package and register your return, the purchase amount will be refunded/deleted from the invoice.




All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately, and that the item is not defective due to your conduct. If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 24-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
